Attendance Management System

Attendance Management System is a software useful for schools, colleges or universities. This software deals with student information. Student information like personal details, attendance details, marks details. The institution can generate various reports based on the student information regarding the student attendance performance, marks performance, behavior identification, time to time monitoring of each student.
This software supports sending of SMS to their parents when the student was absent for a particular period or a day. Any message regarding the student like attendance performance, marks performance, festival wishes, etc. can be sent to their parent mobile.


Modules in the Project



Add/Edit/Delete Student Details



In this module students details initially entered or modified or deleted. Student details like Student Name, Father Name, Course Details, Personal Details like Phone Number, Parent Phone numbers, email details etc. are being stored. These details will be later used in report generation or sending SMS.

Attendance Entry Module



In this module, attendance details of every period conducted for a section will be stored. This will note the number of hours conducted by a teacher of a subject to a section and number of hours attended by a student to that subject. From this data we can generate a report that how many hours are conducted for a subject and how many hours a student attended and the percentage of attendance will be calculated.

Attendance Reports Module




In this module we can generate report of all the students that how many hours have been conducted for each subject and for each student, how many hours presented will be displayed. The overall percentage for the specified duration will also be diaplayed at the last column.
